Been WAY too long since I updated this, but I finally put an avatar with my name. Yeah, I know it's a bit generic, but that's what I'm using until I see something better.

Question for anyone who wants to answer: I have never had much of an artistic side to me in reagard to drawing. Now after looking at HUNDREDS of pics on the site here, I thought I might give it a try. So what program would be best to get for a beginner? Funds are kinda limited, so I'm looking for something not too expensive... IE: $200 or less.
